While conventional cinemas will forever hold a place in our hearts, Dendy Powerhouse Outdoor Cinema allows film fans to enjoy the latest blockbusters alfresco-style while snacking on mouth-watering movie morsels and sipping on an extensive list of tipples.

With New Farm Park as a picturesque backdrop, guests will recline on rows of outdoor lounge chairs equipped with wide armrests, before donning Dendy headphones and casting their eyes to the large screen sitting atop custom 40-ft shipping containers. The wireless headphones will ensure each individual movie-goer is fully immersed in the experience thanks to the superior sound quality – no shoddy aeroplane headphones here.

When it comes to the food and drinks – the most crucial part of the cinema experience besides the film, of course – Dendy Powerhouse Outdoor Cinema has you covered, and you don’t even have to you leave your seat. Simply scan the QR code and browse the wide variety of classic movie snacks (think popcorn, hand-scooped choc tops and indulgent cheese boxes) and large range of wine and beer.

Dendy Powerhouse Outdoor Cinemas will open at 6:00 pm with the film commencing at sundown, but there is no reserved seating so first in, best dressed!
