Woman in hospital with gunshot wounds after incident north of Brisbane
A woman has been shot in the leg as she was getting into a car at Moreton Bay north of Brisbane.
Police said the 24-year-old woman was approached by a man in Dakabin after 8pm on Monday.
He shot her in the leg as she got into the vehicle before he fled in another car, police said.

The woman was taken to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with a “non-life-threatening” gunshot wound to her upper leg.
“Investigations into a possible relationship between the parties are being conducted,” police said in a statement.
