The man was seen by witnesses entering the water at about 3pm Sunday and was not seen leaving the water.

Police are still trying to identify the man described as being in his mid 40’s, 170cm tall, slight build, bald head wearing shorts.

A coordinated search involving emergency services, PolAir, and Water Police has recommenced on Monday after being scaled back on Sunday afternoon.
