It’s not every day we have the opportunity to taste dishes personally created by one of the world’s most esteemed chefs, but that’s precisely what is on offer at this sensational foodie collaboration. Marco Pierre White requires little introduction but one thing you may not know is that at age 33, Marco had become the youngest chef to be awarded three Michelin stars.

At the height of his career, Marco Pierre White surprised the entire foodie world by stepping back from the stove and giving back his Michelin stars. Despite stepping away from the kitchen, Marco has continued to inspire with restaurants dotted across the world that fulfil Marco’s ethos of ‘affordable glamour’ as well as various television stints including as a principal judge in Masterchef Australia: The Professionals series.

For one night only, Marco will join Palette’s executive chef Dayan Hartill-Law to co-curate an incredible four-course menu embracing top-tier locally sourced ingredients, paired with exceptional wines. Details of the menu are under wraps for the moment, however, we’re told that guests will enjoy a five-star dining experience. Guests will also get the chance to get up close and personal with Marco, watching him in action from Palette’s kitchen followed by a 15-20 minute Q&A.
