Exec appointments: Domino’s welcomes back Hayman

Domino’s welcomed back Kerri Hayman, two new magistrates were appointed and Auswide got a new managing director.

Hayman back at DMP

Domino’s said it was “thrilled” to announce the return of Kerri Hayman to Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd where she officially started in her new role as ANZ chief operating officer this week.

Her 35-plus year career began as a favour to her big brother, Don Meij (now Group CEO), who needed help making pizzas in his store in Redcliffe.

She would go on to hold key Domino’s leadership positions around the world, including in ANZ, the UK and most recently the US where she owned and operated 14 Domino’s stores.

Benedet goes national

The Pharmacy Guild has announced the appointment of Gerard Benedet as executive director.

Benedet has served as the guild’s Queensland branch director since October 2019.

Auswide’s new MD

Regional bank Auswide has announced Doug Snell as its new managing director.

Snell has previously worked for Westpac, BOQ and CBA and is currently the chief executive of financial services company StockCo.

He replaces Martin Barrett, who announced his retirement in April.

Megaport welcomes VP

Brisbane based Megaport this week welcomed Adam ‘Gibbo’ Gibson as its VP of global data centre development.

The company said Gibson Adam arrived with a wealth of experience in the DC sector, having previously held key positions at Console Connect and other prominent DC companies.

Two new magistrates

The State Government has appointed Mandy Bowen and Scott Luxton as magistrates in Cairns.

Bowen had been a solicitor since 2004 and worked as a criminal lawyer for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Service in Cairns.

Luxton was admitted in 1999 and has been an acting magistrate.
